1. Register your shipment in the Cargus Mobile application or in MyCargus. After this registration, you will receive a QR code. Go to the Ship & Go location to drop off your package. The employee at the location will scan your QR code and print a label with a barcode that will be stuck on your shipment. The AWB will be generated when this barcode is scanned by the courier who will pick up your shipment.

2. Register your shipment in Cargus Mobile or Cargus Web and request the shipment to be picked up from your address. When the courier comes to pick up the package, he will print the label with a barcode that will be stuck on your shipment.

No, delivery cannot be postponed, even if it is the same address.

AWB is the abbreviation of Air Way Bill, a name used internationally to identify each shipment and facilitate its tracking from dispatch to receipt, payment and, if necessary, return.

With the help of the AWB, you can find out in real time the status of your Cargus shipment, see the delivery status and you can change options during the shipment such as choosing a courier with payment at destination, courier with cash on delivery, courier with payment at the addressee, etc.

For cash on delivery payment at the courier, Cargus offers you several payment methods, so you can choose what suits you each time. Here’s what payment on delivery means and how you can pay at the courier:

Payment by card at the courier
Paying by card at the courier is a convenient and safe payment method. It can be done using any card, directly at the courier. Inform the courier that you want to pay the value of the package with a bank card. After making the payment, the courier will provide you with confirmation of the transaction.

Cash payment

You can pay for the shipment in cash. This cash-on-delivery payment to the courier is made when the parcel is delivered to the destination address or to the Cargus SHIP & GO points you have selected.
If you want to pick up a cash on delivery at a SHIP & GO point, make sure it’s a Cargus-owned location; only in this way you will be able to pay with cash.

Online payment via secure payment link
Pay quickly and easily by paying online for shipments collected from Cargus SHIP & GO points. You will receive a notification by email or by text message when your shipment arrives at the SHIP & GO point and a link to the Cargus website, with the option to pay online via a secure link through the EuPlatesc.ro payment processor.

If you’re already at a Cargus SHIP & GO point and want to pay online, but haven’t been notified before, ask Cargus staff to generate a payment link for you on the spot. Thus, you can pay online before collecting the package and receive the transaction confirmation in a separate email.

Payment by link at SHIP & GO CE locations is a Cargus innovation for the digitization of courier services. Payment on delivery shipments can be collected within three working days from SHIP & GO points, so you have more time and flexibility when receiving your shipments.

By using the new Cargus Mobile application, the delivery process becomes customizable for each individual customer. All Cargus deliveries can be tracked in one app, the shipping destination can be changed on the go and redirected to a SHIP & GO point. Shipments can be collected faster without a signature thanks to remote authentication. Just enter a PIN code directly in the Cargus Mobile app.
You can track the delivery and check the location of the shipments on cargus.ro. You access your Cargus account and manage your shipments, with the options of changing the address or of shipment return.

Your package will stay for 3 days in a SHIP & GO location.

Yes, after you are notified that it has been collected by Cargus and before this shipment is assigned to the courier’s route.

The second notification of collect the package from the SHIP & GO point will be sent one day before it returns to the Cargus warehouse.

A single attempt to deliver the shipment means that when your shipment is picked up by the Cargus couriers, they will try to deliver it once to the address specified by the sender.

If the shipment is not eligible for redirection to a SHIP & GO point (it does not fit in terms of size or it is a multipiece delivery) the shipment will be redirected to an own SHIP & GO point (the Cargus warehouse in the respective area) where it will be kept for 5 days.

The shipment will be redirected to the SHIP & GO point nearest to the destination address.

11. Will I be notified when the redirection is registered?

No, it is not possible to redirect a shipment to a locker.

Yes, the redirection of the shipment to a SHIP & GO point is done on the same day as the attempted delivery to the address.

No, you cannot request a second delivery attempt to the address for a fee.

Yes, if the shipment could not be delivered after the first delivery attempt, you will receive a notification with the address of the SHIP & GO point where it was redirected.

If your shipment has not been collected from the SHIP & GO point, you will be notified when the courier picks it up from the location.

If it was not collected from the SHIP & GO point, your shipment will return to the warehouse, where it will remain for 2 days.

Your shipment is kept for 2 days from the moment it arrives at the locker. Don’t worry; we’ll give you a reminder 24 hours before the collect deadline.

It’s the newest way to deliver shipments without interacting with couriers. Available 24/7, it’s a mailbox where you receive your favorite purchases. A successful order is collected contactless.

If the shipment is not collected within the allotted timeframe, it returns to the Cargus warehouse where it stays for 3 days, after which it is automatically returned to the sender.

If you no longer want the shipment, you must contact the seller and check its return policy (on its website or by telephone/email).

You collect your shipment using the Cargus mobile application.

As soon as your shipment arrives at the locker, you will receive an e-mail and/or a text message with the address of the locker and the timeframe when the shipment is kept in the locker.

If the shipment is not collected within the allotted timeframe, there is no way of extending this period. The shipment returns to the Cargus warehouse where it stays for 3 days, after which it is automatically returned to the sender.

No, at the moment it is not possible to redirect a shipment to a locker.

Cargus SHIP & GO locations are own points or partner stores close to your home/office where you can simply and easily send or receive your shipments.

The costs of shipping from SHIP & GO differ depending on the size of the parcel (S, M, L, XL) and start from 14 lei for shipping from one SHIP & GO point to another SHIP & GO point.

If you have payment on delivery shipment that was sent to a SHIP & GO, you can pay by card, online with a payment link or directly from the Cargus Mobile application.

If you don’t have a Cargus account, you can choose this method that helps you collect your shipments quickly and easily. You receive a notification via text message on the telephone number or on the email address you notified to Cargus. You come to the SHIP & GO location of your choice and tell the employee your telephone number and the PIN authorization code you received by text. You will immediately collect your shipment and, if you have not already paid, you can pay using the payment link and then you collect your shipment.

Choose this method when you are on the run and you want to collect your shipment with a simple click. You receive an automatic notification through your Cargus Mobile application, installed on your mobile phone, you come to the location, show your collect PIN, collect your package and pay via the payment link, if you haven’t already paid.

Shipment payment can be done in cash only at SHIP & GO’s own points and those of the Pay Point partners. In the rest of the SHIP & GO points, there is no cash payment option, only online payment via the link or directly in the Cargus Mobile application.

You are not at the address and you want your shipment redirected, without having to contact a consultant by telephone? With a simple click from the Cargus Mobile application, you can redirect your shipment to the nearest SHIP & GO point. You will be notified when the shipment arrives at the location and you can go collect up afterwards.

Your shipment remains at the SHIP & GO point for 3 calendar days.

You can opt for the additional service of Delivery of shipments with declared value, which is worth a maximum of 1000 lei per delivery to a SHIP & GO location and a maximum of 5000 lei for delivery to an address.

It is important that the shipment is properly packed, in a protective box, made of a tough cardboard with a single or double protective layer. Smaller objects such as books, documents, can be packed in thicker paper envelopes without issues. You also need to seal the package with several layers of tape to make sure it doesn’t come apart.
The packaging is only available in our own SHIP & GO points, not in those of our partners.

No need to print the AWB. After placing the order to send a shipment, a QR code will be generated which you can present at any SHIP & GO point in order to send your shipment.

The Cargus Mobile application helps you manage your Cargus account, find out how you can check the status of the shipment you’ve been waiting for, check the status of the package you shipped and benefit from various facilities, at all stages of delivery, shipment, receipt, verification, payment or return.

Cargus Mobile benefits include: AWB Tracking, AWB Details, Favorite Ship&Go, Ship&Go Locations, Forward to Ship&Go, Push Notifications, Your Shipments, Account Management, Courier Reviews.

Have you sent a shipment and you don’t know if it has reached the recipient? You can check this information in the Cargus app. See exactly where your shipment is and how long it will take to reach its destination.

Also, by using the Cargus application, you are notified when a shipment is on its way to you, so you find out in real time the necessary details about the status of the Cargus shipment when you are the one sending a shipment and when you are the one receiving a shipment.

You can ship a package from the Cargus Mobile app. You just have to select “Ship a package” and then fill in the requested information. The shipment can be picked up by the courier at the address or handed over to a SHIP & GO location.
