Do you want to collect a shipment from SHIP & GO? Easy! We have 3000 partners nationwide in the SHIP & GO network so that you can collect or send shipments.

Method 1

Collect from SHIP & GO Locker using Cargus Mobile

  • 1. You receive an automatic notification in the app
    After your package is picked up from the shipper, you receive a notification in the app. You will be able to see in real time where your shipment is, until it arrives in the Cargus SHIP & GO locker.
  • 2. Come to the locker location
    Come to the locker with your phone and enable location and Bluetooth.
  • 3. Pick up the shipment
    Open the Cargus Mobile app and collect your shipment by pressing the button in the AWB details.
  • 4. And… that’s it!

Method 2

Collect it from the SHIP & GO Point using Cargus Mobile

If you don’t have time and you want to always have all the information at hand, we recommend using the Cargus Mobile application.

  • 1. You receive an automatic notification in the app
    When the shipment has been picked up you will receive a push notification on your phone through the Cargus Mobile application and we will keep you updated until the shipment arrives at the Cargus SHIP & GO location. The location includes navigation details as well as in-app functionality.
  • 2. Come to the Location
    Come to the location and show the employee the collect PIN code that you will find in your Cargus Mobile. You can also use the QR code available in AWB details. In this case, you don’t have to present anything else to the employee!
  • 3. Collect your shipment 
    After scanning the shipment, the employee at the location will receive the necessary confirmation to hand you over the shipment and you will have the option to pay the refund if you have not already done so. Please see all payment options available in the SHIP & GO network.
  • 4. And… that’s it!

Method 3

Collect it using the code received by Text message or E-mail

  • 1. You receive an automatic notification
    After receiving your shipment in the SHIP & GO Point, you will receive a notification by e-mail or text message.
  • 2. Come to the SHIP & GO location
    Come to the location and show the employee your mobile phone number and PIN authorization code that you received by text message or email.
  • 3. Collect your shipment
    Once the shipment is scanned, the location staff will receive the necessary confirmation to hand you over the shipment. You can pay cash on delivery or by card. If you have already paid, you do not need to pay anything. Please check out all the payment options available in the SHIP & GO network.
  • 4. And… that’s it!
