HOW TO RETURN THE GOODS


Want return unwanted goods or parcel? Simply use Cargus return service. There is nothing more easier to use!

METHOD 1

Easy Returns with prepaid senders’ label

The best method if your eShop accept returns on his expanse and attached return label to the origin shipment.

1. Prepare the parcel
Remove the old label if you are using the same box that you received your order in. Put the returned goods to the box an put a new label you found with documentation.

2. Visit Ship&Go Point
Come to the any Ship&Go Point and leave the parcel. If you are user of Cargus Mobile App, the return parcel will automatically appear on you parcels lists. If you don’t you will receive SMS message as a shipping confirmation

METHOD 2

Return at your Cargus Mobile App without label

The best method if Sender accept returns but not attached return label to the origin shipment with goods.

1. Click return dash in Mobile App lists
Choose the parcel you want to return listed and on details click Return Shipment dash. Your new return shipment will be created and authorization code will be generated.

2. Visit Ship&Go Point
Come to the Point pass returned parcel and show shipping QR code on screen in the Cargus application. You don’t have to give anything to the point employee!

3. Shipping done!
After scanning the code, points’ employee will print a label, stick on your parcel and scan and parcel will automatically change the status on App on Shipped

METHOD 3

Quick Returns

The best method if you don’t know that sender accept consumer returns but you don’t want to waist you time.

1. Complete the return form
In the form on our website fill out your order and contact details.
If your store is not on the list – send the package using Method 4.

2. Wait for confirmation code
You will receive a SMS message and an e-mail with the authorization code to use at the Ship&Go loaction, The return code is valid for 72 hours

3. Prepare the package
Remove the old label if you are using the same box that you received your order in. Put the return code on the carton

4. Come to the Point
Come to the Point pass returned parcel and inform Point employee what is your mobile number and authorization 6 digit code you received in a message

5. Shipping done!
After scanning the code, points’ employee will collect return parcel and takeover the parcel without any costs. Receipt for will be printed as a shipping confirmation. You will get additional confirmation in SMS message

METHOD 4

Return on your expense

The best method if Sender accept consumer returns but only sent on customer expense

1. Create a shipment
Create shipment using our Quick Send forms on Cargus Mobile or website app in 3 simple steps. Pay the label online or later at Ship&Go Point. To avoid additional fees print the label but if you don’t have a printer you can ask Ship&Go employee.

2. Come to the Point
Come to the Point pass returned parcel and show shipping QR code on screen in the Cargus application. If you don’t have Cargus account inform Point employee what is your mobile number and authorization 6 digit code you received in a message.

3. Shipping done!
After scanning the code, points’ employee will collect return parcel and if you didn’t pay take the money for shipping costs. Receipt for will be printed as a shipping confirmation. You will get additional confirmation in SMS message
