Redirection option

Will let you know by email or SMS notification once shipment will be in delivery to your address. For some shipments you will get an additional SMS and Email notification which enables you to redirect the shipment to the nearest Ship&Go location, there will be waiting for your pickup.

Please take notice that redirection option is availible only for address deliveries parcels upt to 30 kg and standard dimmensions. The redirection will be available for you up to 23:59 a day before delivery.

Once you will make decision to redirect your parcel, you will heve next 5 days to collect it from Ship&Go Point.
