HOW TO RETURN YOUR SHIPMENT WITH SHIP & GO?

USING THE RETURN FORM FROM MY CARGUS ACCOUNT OR FROM THE CARGUS MOBILE APP USING THE RETURN CODE

Return your shipment using Cargus, even if you received it from another courier. It’s that simple! Unlimited.

If the recipient has activated the CARGO RETURN service, it becomes even easier. Get the return code and place the return application. You only need the AWB.

Method 1

Return the shipment using the return form:

  • 1. Check the inside of the shipment received from Cargus and you will find a return form associated with your shipment.
  • 2. Properly pack the shipment you want to return.
  • 3. Replace the old shipping note with the return form received inside the shipment.
  • 4. Find the nearest Cargus SHIP & GO point here or directly in the Cargus Mobile App to send the shipment quickly and in complete safety.
  • 5. Once the shipment is picked up by our partners in the SHIP & GO network, you will be notified by email or in the Cargus Mobile App.

Method 2

Return your shipment from your My Cargus account or from the Cargus Mobile App:

  • 1. Log into your MyCargus account or the Cargus Mobile App.
  • 2. Access the AWB of the shipment you want to return.
  • 3. Select “Quick Return”. A QR code will be generated which you can take to any SHIP & GO location to return the shipment.
  • 4. Once the shipment is picked up by our partners in the SHIP & GO network, you will be notified by email or in the Cargus Mobile App.

Method 3

Return the shipment using the return code:

  • 1. Access www.cargus.ro/shipment-return.
  • 2. Enter the AWB number of the shipment you want to return.
  • 3. A QR code will be generated that you will receive on your e-mail address, which you can take to any SHIP & GO point to return the shipment.
  • 4. Once the shipment is picked up by our partners in the SHIP & GO network, you will be notified by email or in the Cargus Mobile App.

Poți returna orice produs, cu greutate de până la 15 kg (dimensiuni maxime 40 x 37 x 60 cm). Condiția este ca expeditorul coletului tău să aibă implementat Serviciul de Retururi prin Cargus. Mai întâi, verifică modul în care comerciantul sau vânzătorul ar dori să îi returnezi articolul. Sunt 3 metode: Ai putea avea o etichetă imprimată care a venit în coletul, poți folosi aplicația Cargus Mobile sau site-ul nostru pentru a le returna singur. După ce ai primit codul QR pe email, asigură-te că articolul pe care îl returnezi este ambalat corespunzător.

Verifică în câmpul de mai sus AWB-UL coletului pe care l-ai primit și în cazul în care acesta există în baza noastră de date vei primi pe adresa de mail asociată awb-ului,  codul QR de retur cu care poți trimite coletul.

Dacă numele retailerului de la care ai primit coletul nu este pe lista noastră,  te rugăm să contactezi comerciantul pentru a vedea ce metode de retur utilizează.
De asemenea, îți recomandăm să verifici în interiorul pachetului, deoarece unii comercianți lasă un document cu detalii despre returnarea articolului către ei.

Costurile variază pentru diferiți comercianți .

Îți recomandăm să contactezi direct comerciantul dacă ai întrebări despre costuri sau să cauți pe aplicația sau pe site-ul lor, în secțiunea de retururi. In cazul in care comerciantul este unul dintre partenerii Cargus si a optat pentru serviciul Retur Consumator, atunci vei putea sa te bucuri de cost 0.

Poți urmări traseul coletul de la predarea acestuia în SHIP & GO până la adresa expeditorului în contul tău din aplicația Cargus Mobile sau pe mycargus.cargus.ro. Astfel poți afla simplu și ușor când returul tău a ajuns înapoi la expeditor.

Te rugăm să acorzi 14 zile de la data la care ai predat articolul pentru returnare. Uneori poate dura ceva timp pentru ca expeditorul sau vânzătorul să confirme că a primit coletul tău. Dacă au trecut 14 zile de când ai predat coletul pentru returnare, iar comerciantul tău spune că nu a primit coletul, atunci trebuie să soliciți o investigație privind coletul returnat .

Imediat ce predai coletul într-un punct SHIP & GO, îl poți urmări în aplicația Cargus Mobile sau în contul tău pe mycargus.cargus.ro.
