
Cargus estimates an increase of 13% of its Poland business for the next two years

Cargus, one of the largest players in the Romanian courier industry, has enhanced its footprint on the Polish market and estimates a 13% growth in the next two years of business. Poland it’s the first international market where Cargus has extended, in 2022, and one of the most important in terms of the e-Commerce players and cross-border export in the Central-Eastern part of Europe. For this market, Cargus provide inbound and outbound services, connecting large e-Commerce players and marketplaces to Romanian customers and supporting domestic businesses reach international consumers.
Cargus has already put in place a cross-dock facility in Poland, that facilitates shipping operations and has a sales team on site. More, offers a maximum capacity of over 15 million parcels per year, in accordance to its existing portfolio of large customers – such as LPP, Bonprix, Vinted, and the cross-border export growth estimations.
According to European market estimations, the cross-border e-Commerce will reach this year 200 Billion euros, with a 12% increase, compared to 2022.

In the short and medium term, the company will extend its business to other countries in the region – Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Germany.
Services for the Polish market

The out of home network is fully equipped to help consumers pick-up / drop-off their parcels, but also pay for it, offering cash, card and Pay by Link options, and perfectly completes Cargus’ delivery portfolio. This year the network is expected to reach 3,800 points nationwide.
For the Polish market, Cargus offers a 24-72 hours delivery time, depending on the shipment injection setup. More, Cargus offers Polish customers a rich portfolio of solutions, covering first and middle mile delivery services and for large and medium companies.
Cross-border services include delivery parcels to one of Cargus hubs, using the cross-dock facility in Poland or using delivery partners to reach Romanian consumers. More, Cargus delivers a wide range of parcel types, from small (up to 15kg), to large and pallets.
Also, all Polish customers will benefit from the technological and digital ecosystem Cargus has put in place, such as Cargus Shipping Manager, a web-based app that supports partner companies in the delivery process, from sales support to delivery and returns management, and e-Commerce integrations.
