However, if you’re an experienced sender, try our 300 shipments per month plan and benefit from even more competitive pricing.
The invoice will be issued monthly, with a due date of 14 days.
Do not worry! You can still send shipments according to the rate plan related to the subscription. All transportation or additional services used will be billed monthly, according to the subscription plan, at the same competitive price.
All unused monthly shipments will be carried over so you can use them when you need them.
You can choose between several options, such as the Mini Business offer that has a minimum number of shipped and declared packeges. You are free to choose the type of subscription plan that suits your needs according to your business.
Yes, you can choose a higher plan at any time or keep your existing subscription plan and you will have additional shipments at special prices.
Yes, there are no additional costs depending on the destination for any of the subscriptions included in the offer.

The recipient is notified on the day his shipment arrives at the SHIP & GO point and one day before the collection deadline expires.
The recipient can redirect to a SHIP & GO point, at the first notification of entry of the shipment into the Cargus network.
The standard is that every package not delivered to the address, to be redirected to the nearest SHIP & GO point on the day of the second unsuccessful delivery attempt.
Once the shipment arrives at the SHIP & GO point, the recipient receives a notification via SMS, email and push notification, depending on the availability of the provided information (phone number, email, installed app).
The delivery process for B2B recipients is the same as for the rest of the recipients. After the second unsuccessful delivery attempt, shipments eligible for SHIP & GO are redirected to the nearest SHIP & GO location; otherwise, they are returned to the origin warehouse.
Shipments eligible for SHIP & GO partner locations must meet the following conditions:
Single-piece shipments
Payment on delivery into a collector account
Payment on delivery or declared value ≤ 1000 RON
Shipments without the Document Return or Packages Exchange services
Shipments without Open on delivery service
Shipments weighing ≤ 15 kg
Shipments with maximum size 40 x 37 x 60
The shipments stay 3 days in the OOH location and 2 days in the SHIP & GO warehouse.
Shipments that are not eligible for SHIP & GO will be directed to the nearest Cargus wearhouse, into the warehouse-based SHIP & GO point.
If it is the first delivery attempt, a second delivery will be attempted the following day. If two delivery attempts have already been made, the complaint will be resolved based on the identified causes, one possible solution may be to attempt delivery again to the address.
No, once the package is placed in a SHIP & GO point, it cannot be redirected to another point.
The recipient is notified by push notification in Cargus Mobile App, by e-mail or by text message.
Placing the parcel in a SHIP & GO point is done within a radius of 500-700m in the urban area, and for the rural area to the points that are at a maximum distance of 10 km (at least one SHIP & GO point in the localities with a high volume density).
Shipments stay 3 days in the SHIP & GO points and 2 days in the SHIP & GO warehouse.
If the address is wrong, the shipment returns with the status undelivered and will be delivered the next day, to the correct address.
Your shipment is kept for 2 days from the moment it arrives at the locker. Don’t worry; we’ll give you a reminder 24 hours before the collect deadline.
It’s the newest way to deliver shipments without interacting with couriers. Available 24/7, it’s a mailbox where you receive your favorite purchases. A successful order is collected contactless.

Cargus SHIP & GO locations are own points or partner stores close to your home/office where you can simply and easily send or receive your shipments.

Your shipment remains at the SHIP & GO point for 3 calendar days.

If you don’t have a Cargus account, you can choose this method that helps you collect your shipments quickly and easily. You receive a notification via text message on the telephone number or on the email address you notified to Cargus. You come to the SHIP & GO location of your choice and tell the employee your telephone number and the PIN authorization code you received by text. You will immediately collect your shipment and, if you have not already paid, you can pay using the payment link and then you collect your shipment.
Choose this method when you are on the run and you want to collect your shipment with a simple click. You receive an automatic notification through your Cargus Mobile application, installed on your mobile phone, you come to the location, show your collect PIN, collect your package and pay via the payment link, if you haven’t already paid.
No, paying by card on delivery has no additional costs for either the sender nor the recipient. It is a benefit provided by Cargus.
No, it is not necessary to sign an addendum. All recipients of Cargus shipments benefit from the card payment upon delivery option for the value of their shipment.

No, you don’t need to enable any additional options or add any special tick on the AWB. As long as the package will be shipped with payment on delivery, the recipient will be able to choose on the spot, at the time of delivery if he will pay with cash or with the card, at the mobile POS.
