RESPONSibilities

  • To present and promote the services over the phone, by making offers for potential and existing clients.
  • To negotiate and renegotiate the signing of contracts with clients based on internally established standards and pursuing the fulfillment of both departmental and company strategic objectives.
  • To ensure a good management of the relationship with customers in pre-sale stage.
  • To ensure the achievement of the new business budget for the assigned portfolio while also contributing to the departmental objectives.
  • To permanently prospect the market in order to identify new clients
  • To identify the needs of clients and offer them the best offer correctly sized for the volume of shipments
  • To provide consultancy and feedback to clients regarding the presented offers.
  • To plan sales activities effectively, for a better use of time and resources.
  • To properly enter all activities in CRM system.
  • To constantly analyze and update the performance reports belonging to the territory.
  • To be responsible for the smooth development of the sales process at the level of the department of which they are a part.
  • To be responsible for promoting the company’s image in relations with clients.
  • To be responsible for the confidentiality of the data to which they have access.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum baccalaureate + diploma
  • Experience in call center/ telesales is an advantage

  • English speaker (medium level – written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Power Point (minim – average)
