Click & Collect is a Cargus service through which your business offers customers the option to pick up, send, or return parcels via the SHIP & GO network. The service works mainly through SHIP & GO points, so customers can choose a convenient location instead of relying only on home delivery.

In short: you activate the service, and your customers choose where to pick up, send, or return their parcel.

90% of shipments are delivered within 24 hours, and the rest within 2–3 working days, depending on location and operational conditions.

Available through the SHIP & GO network in Romania. In certain areas, Cargus lockers may also be available.

Dimensions and weight

Maximum weight: 15 kg.
Accepted sizes: S, M, L, and XL, according to Cargus conditions.

Options that can be activated depending on your business needs.

This is a national service that includes the collection, sorting, transport, and delivery of envelopes (maximum 1 kg) or parcels (maximum 15 kg), and their return to the original sender. Delivery time is 1–3 working days, calculated from pickup. The fee is paid by the original sender.

This is an additional feature consisting of the delivery of a postal item (envelopes and parcels) to the recipient and the collection from them of another postal item that will be delivered back to the sender.

Click & Collect is the Cargus service that allows customers to receive parcels at SHIP & GO points and lockers, close to their home or workplace.

Parcels can be collected from SHIP & GO points and lockers. For sending parcels, customers can drop them off at SHIP & GO points, while lockers are available for collection only.

Yes. The service is also available to online stores with low shipping volumes, based on a commercial agreement with Cargus.

Click & Collect is available nationwide, through the Cargus SHIP & GO network in Romania.

Parcels of up to 15 kg and maximum dimensions of 60 × 37 × 40 cm are accepted. Each shipment may contain one parcel.

The service can be integrated through an API, dedicated e-commerce modules or WebExpress. Plugins are available for WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento and OpenCart.
