Instructions for Installing and Configuring the Cargus Module in WordPress.

Install and configure the module:

  • 1. Access your WordPress admin panel.
  • 2. Navigate to “Modules” > “Add Module” and click the “Load Module” button.
  • 3. Select the “cargus.zip” file and click “Install Now”.
  • 4. After installation, press the “Activate” button”.

Configure the module:

  • 1. After activation, in your WooCommerce admin panel, you will find two new subsections in the “Shipping” section: “Shipping with Cargus” and “Cargus Ship & Go”.
  • 2. Complete the following settings in the “Delivery with Cargus”:
  • Title: The name of the delivery method displayed in the Cart/Checkout.
  • Webservice URL: The Cargus web service URL, typically https://urgentcargus.azure-api.net/api.
  • API Key: API key generated at https://urgentcargus.portal.azure-api.net/.
  • Username: Cargus app user name.
  • Password: Cargus app password.
  • Complete the other settings according to your preferences.
  • 3. In the “Cargus Ship & Go” section, complete the settings for this delivery method.
  • 4. After entering the API data and settings, make sure to save the settings.
  • 5. Add pickup points, rate plan, shipping insurance, delivery options, etc.
  • 6. Saves module settings.

Generate AWBs:

  • 1. To generate an AWB for one order:

a. Navigate to “WooCommerce” > “Orders” and click on that order.

b. Choose “Cargus Generate AWB” from the list of actions for the order.

c. Save or update the order.

  • 2. To generate AWBs for multiple orders:

a. Check the orders for which you want to generate AWBs.

b. Choose “Cargus Generate AWB” from the mass action list.

c. Save or update selected commands.

Print AWBs:

  • 1. To print the AWB for one order:

a. Navigate to “WooCommerce” > “Orders” and click on that order.

b. Choose “Cargus Print AWB” from the order action list.

c. Save or update the order.

d. Access the link in the note that appears to the right to print the AWB.

  • 2. To print AWBs for multiple orders:

a. Check the orders for which you want to print AWBs.

b. Choose “Cargus Print AWB” from the mass action list.

c. Save or update selected orders.

d. Go to the link in the note that appears at the top to print the AWBs.

Delete AWBs:

  • 1. To delete an AWB for one order:

a. Navigate to “WooCommerce” > “Orders” and click on that order.

b. Choose “Cargus Delete AWB” from the command action list.

c. Save or update the order.

d. A note will appear on the right side indicating that the AWB has been deleted.

  • 2. To delete AWBs for multiple orders:

a. Check the orders for which you want to delete AWBs.

b. Choose “Cargus Delete AWB” from the mass action list.

c. Save or update selected orders.

d. A note will appear at the top indicating the deleted AWBs and affected order IDs.
